At Freedom Metal Design, our goal is to offer you the best shipping experience possible.

We’ve successfully delivered to hundreds of customers across the USA from our Idaho-based workshop while striving to provide you with the best service possible. We take great pride in the superior quality of the metal signs and artwork we produce, and that same attention to detail applies to shipping as well.

Turnaround Time

Once we receive your order, your item will be shipped within 14 to 21 days or sooner, depending on its design. Keep in mind that custom orders can take a little longer, depending on the customization.

Shipping Provider

At Freedom Metal Design, we utilize both UPS and the United States Postal Service. However, shipping will vary depending on the location, size, weight of the product ordered.

International Orders

At this time, we only ship to the 50 United States and the District of Columbia. However, we are hoping to expand our international reach in the near future.
