What Thickness Of Metal Do You Use?
At Freedom Metal Design, we use 16g cold rolled steel to create our metal signs, artwork, and hitch covers.
How Long After I Order Will I Receive The Finished Product?
Once we receive your order, you will receive the final product within 14 to 21 days or sooner, depending on its design.
What Are Your Capabilities?
We cut out metal decor and use 16g cold rolled steel. We can cut 48” wide signs and as long as 8’ tall.
Can I Change My Order?
Yes, as long as the design hasn’t been finalized and approved. However, once a piece is cut, there is no changing it. That’s why we will send you an image proof for your final approval.
Can I Choose A Different Font For My Design?
Yes. We are able to customize the fonts in our designs. When you contact us, please be as specific as possible about the design specifications you want.
Can I Add Or Remove Items From My Design?
Yes. We are able to customize any design. Keep in mind that custom orders can take a little longer, depending on the customization.
Are Your Products Made In The USA?
Absolutely! All Freedom Metal Design products are 100% made in the USA and handcrafted with pride by our skilled artisan at our workshop located in New Plymouth, Idaho.
